RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS 

Please follow this steps. In the case of an exchange, provide the new size you would like.

1. Items bought in stock: 
If you change your mind for any reason, you may return the item within 15 days of reception. You may also ask for a size exchange with no cost (only one exchange is shipping cost free). 
To be eligible for a refund or for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
Not refundable or exchange: 
-Any item not in its original condition , damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
- Any item worn, washed, or used even with all original tags/labels attached. Of course you may try it on, but not wear it! 
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after reception

2. Custom orders: 
A custom order refers to items that are in our catalog’s collection but you have asked for a size or colour that is not in stock, or for a different accesory. 
If you change your mind for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 15 days of purchase. You may also ask for a size exchange with no cost (only one exchange is shipping cost free). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Personalized orders: 
A personalized order refers to items that aren’t in our catalog’s collection and you have asked for a special production just for you with your instructions. 
In this case, these items are not returnable or refundable. They cannot be size exchanged in any case.

4. How o proceed:

1- Send us an e-mail to: info@queenofcamelot.com 
Please write your name, telephone number, order number and your reason to return the item. In the case of an exchange, provide the new size you would like.

2- We will send you then by e-mail a shipping label that you must print and put outside the package. 
Then we will set up a day and hour and our carrier will pick up your package at that moment. You don't have to pay any cost for return shipping. You don't have to pay either any shipping cost for the first size exchange. For following size exchanges you will have to assume the shipping cost for returning the item and for shipping the new size. This is valid for all Zones of delivery.

3- Once we will receive the package and check if the item is in its original conditions, we will process your return within 7-10* business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete.
